Personal Development,  Wellbeing

Onto pastures new…

I’ve been thinking about this for a long time, and it really hasn’t been easy, but I’ve decided to step away from blogging. I still enjoy reading and journaling as part of my personal growth, and I’ll continue doing both, as they’ve become so ingrained in my daily routine (plus I have a huge number of self-help books to get through on my TBR list!) However, at this point in my life, I’m unable to give the blog the time, energy, and consistency it truly deserves.

After six rewarding years of writing my blog and coaching others, I now want to focus on progressing my career and exploring other interests and hobbies. I am immensely grateful for everything I have learned from the time I have spent immersed in the world of personal development. This experience has given me a fresh perspective on life and continues to influence how I live and work, from being able to actively listen and offer meaningful support to those around me, to learning how to manage my own anxiety, set inspiring goals, stay true to my values, and be kinder to myself (this is one of the most important lessons of all!)

When I first started this blog, my aim was to share insights, tools, and reflections that might help others facing similar challenges to my own. Thank you to everyone who has read my posts, left comments or reached out for one-to-one coaching. Knowing that my posts have resonated with you and provided some support or encouragement has meant the world to me! It has been a true privilege to coach others and I want to say a huge thank you to my clients for putting their faith in me! It has been incredibly rewarding to see them overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.

I’ve also relished the opportunity to review some of the latest personal development books and hope that, in doing so, I’ve helped to share the wisdom contained within their pages.

I will keep the website live for as long as possible, and you can still download the Free Coaching Tools until the blog eventually closes.

If you would like to revisit any of my posts, here’s a full list of the topics I’ve covered, organised by theme:
